Due to new company organization and upcoming projects, there was a need for a new fundamental UX research frame with an agile approach, in order for every UX designer and UX researcher to follow in the company.

General

With a new company structure and agile teams, we needed to update our research process in order to get more efficient. Our focus continued to be on understanding the users and their goals, needs, motivations and behaviors. Regular user feedback is essential to identifying usability issues making smart product decisions. The new research frame should be in an agile typic timeline of 2 weeks.
